Charlotte in a few sentences:
Charlotte is a genuine people person. She’ll do anything for her family and friends. She enjoys the little things in life: a glass of wine, a party game or just good company. Charlotte has a positive outlook on life and makes the most of every day. Humour plays a key part in this. On the work floor she always gets everyone laughing with her witty remarks and dry humour.
The fun part about working for Joris Ide are my amazing colleagues. Under the motto ‘smiling colleagues work harder’ we create a top atmosphere on the work floor. That is why our team building and Joris Ide events are so much fun. During world cup matches we come to work in the Belgian tricolour flag and during the Christmas period we always wear (ugly) Christmas sweaters. That makes the job just IDEAL!
Fun fact: Charlotte collects old Volkswagen Beetles, but only in miniature and exclusively in yellow. This color perfectly matches her personality: cheerful, positive, creative, and goal-oriented.

What is your role at Joris Ide?
I handle order entry by inputting incoming orders into SAP.
What makes you the ideal person for this job?
I possess comprehensive knowledge of both SAP and the products, and my meticulous nature is particularly beneficial for this role.
How did you end up at Joris Ide?
I initially joined through an interim arrangement. It's already my 12th year in the company.
Were you able to settle in easily?
No, not at all. At that time, there wasn't a training available as there is now. Everything was new and I had never worked with SAP before. However, once I gained insight, everything ran smoothly and it continues to do so.
What does a typical workday entail for you?
I start by reviewing and verifying orders placed by colleagues, processing emails and entering new orders. Additionally, my responsibilities include various tasks such as monitoring and following up on orders, updating customer profiles and more. It's a diverse range of activities that keeps each day interesting and dynamic.
What would you still like to achieve at Joris Ide?
I aim to use my expertise to assist newcomers in navigating the order entry process more effectively.
