Welcome in the Joris Ide family
Joris Ide Division is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Alaço Portugal, a company founded in 1982 by the Ferraz family and based in Ourém/Fatima. Alaço specializes in the production of single skin profiles, PIR insulated panels, purlins, and accessories.
This acquisition aligns perfectly with the geographical, product range, and business model strategy of Joris Group/division. The company plans to further develop Alaço's strong brand through the current organization and team already in place in Portugal, led by Managing Director Tiago Carreira, who will report directly to Gauthier Declercq, Managing Director for Joris Ide Group West-Europe.
