A testament to the diversity of Joris Ide products
For the warehouse part of this building, our client chose a double skin cladding combining a JI 25-180-1085 cladding sheet with a JI 92-500 Perforated wall tray. The double skin solution meets both thermal and acoustic performance requirements. Perforations on the surface of the tray allow for significant sound absorption and attenuation, thus improving acoustic comfort within the building.
The office cladding is made of black JI Wall 1000FC Smooth composite panels installed horizontally. The combination of two different cladding materials provides a successful aesthetic transition between the two sections of the project. The warehouse is covered with 5000m² of JI 42-252-1010 Perfo waterproofing substrate, a profile that serves as a base to receive the waterproofing material for the flat roof.
