At 42 metres high, the Emergence tower and its contemporary architecture successfully blend into an urban environment composed mainly of traditional town houses. Located in the heart of Valenciennes, this streamlined apartment complex is cladded entirely with our JI Ponant 300 siding with concealed fixings. The aesthetic signature of the apartment complex is emphasised by a gradual shift from red, the colour of the town and its football club, to white.

Visible from the city's various districts, this new building and its bold facade are skilfully integrated into the town' s architectural landscape. Far from being an insignificant choice, its metal cladding is an evocative nod to the steelmaking history of this former industrial city of northern France.
