A distribution center has been built at Parc Frasers Roermond, developed by Frasers Property Industrial. The huge building (over 33,000 m2 in total) was built to BREAAM "Very Good" certification, minimizing the carbon footprint of the premises. For the façade, the architect chose a play of lines and colors, with façade panels by Joris Ide, to give the building its distinctive look.
