The Joris Ide facade cladding combined with the iconic Ikea blue gives this building a unique character and integrates it perfectly into the environment of this new district, near the Allianz Riviera stadium.

This project also illustrates the possibilities offered by the wide range of waterproofing supports (for the creation of the green roof) and wall trays (for high thermal performance).
