A panoramic shopping project

This panoramic project is located in the shopping centre to the north of Bressuire. The “Pont d’Ouit” hub is contributing to local economic development. The 5,300 m² retail building boasts 14 different spaces devoted to clothing, interiors and specialist foods.

With a budget of approximately 5.3 billion euros, this project was completed in September 2016.

The project was implemented in accordance with the specific requirement that came with this project. The project is also responsible for a revival of the economic landscape in Bressuire and the surrounding area.
