Recently, in the picturesque surroundings of Meijel in the south of the Netherlands, this equestrian facility has been brought to life. Utopia Equestrian Estate isn’t just about luxury and state-of-the-art features for both horse and rider—it’s also an architectural marvel. Every aspect of the design harmonizes aesthetics, functionality, and comfort to create something extraordinary.

The realization of this project was made possible through a seamless collaboration between key partners. Tim Lommen, architectural designer and consultant from DLV-advies, has been involved with this project from day one. His deep expertise in equestrian facilities is evident throughout the design, which showcases premium materials and striking color combinations. The result? Utopia Equestrian Estate stands out as a true showpiece, not just for the region but on a national scale.

PMC-Projects served as the main contractor, ensuring that the ambitious plans came to life with precision and quality. SteduPro, the assembly company, delivered impeccable craftsmanship, bringing together the design elements into a cohesive and stunning final result.

The construction relied heavily on Joris Ide’s products, which provided the balance of color, profile, durability, and design. Our insulated roof and wall panels not only supported the unique vision for the facility but also significantly sped up the construction process.

The façade is a masterstroke of design, combining flat sandwich panels with the distinctive JI Breva Façade panels. 

With Utopia Equestrian Estate, Meijel now boasts a facility that redefines equestrian accommodations. It’s not just functional—it’s an iconic blend of innovation, design, and scale, making it a benchmark in the industry.
