Newton Staete - Harderwijk
Newton Staete is a small business complex composed of 8 units with a total area of 500m² built in Harderwijk (Netherlands). This project exemplifies our expertise in steel construction materials, showcasing the use of our steeldecks JI 158-250-750 for the flat roof and our composite wall panels for the façade cladding.
Creative aesthetic meets energy efficiency
One of the standout features of this project is the large array of materials in use, making for a truly unique architectural look. The sleek vertical lines of the wall panels is punctuated by the occasional introduction of wooden beams and latice structures for climbing plants. This design feature sets this building apart and counterbalances the modern look and feel of steel with the liveliness of wood and greenery.
Our wide range of customizable steel products allowed the contractor and architect to achieve the desired aesthetic.
Aesthetic consideration aside, composite panels are used to improve the thermal efficiency of the project. Composite panels are composed of two metal sheets and an inner core filled with mineral wool or polyurethane foam.
Throughout the project, our team worked closely with the clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, resulting in a final product that exceeded their expectations. Our ability to establish trust with our clients, is a core aspect of our business.
